Heidi uses a CO2 laser to intricately engrave into various natural materials in her Colorado studio." Orders can be made securely on-line. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMEX. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days.
Orders in the US will be shipped via UPS or USPS PRIORITY. Orders shipped to a PO Box must be shipped via USPS PRIORITY. USPS PRIORITY is the least expensive method and usually has the quickest delivery times but it is non trackable. All orders over $300.00 shipped via USPS PRIORITY include insurance in the cost quoted. If you choose USPS PRIORITY for your order under $300.00 and would like it insured, please indicate when you are ordering in the "COMMENTS" box. Please note that a nominal additional charge will apply when adding insurance on orders under $300.00. Unlike USPS PRIORITY, all orders shipped UPS are trackable and insured. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can be shipped USPS PRIORITY and UPS 2 DAY only. All orders shipped UPS 3 DAY and UPS 2 DAY will be charged at actual cost. International orders are shipped USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY and GLOBAL EXPRESS. All customs and duty charges must be paid by the buyer. Shipping for International orders will be charged at actual cost. We will ship USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY(cheapest method but non-trackable) for orders under $100.00 . For all International orders $100.01 and over, we will ship USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS because it is trackable. Choose USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS if you want the tracking option on orders below $100.00. If your country is not serviced by USPS then a comparable method will be choosen.
Only Colorado residents will be charged sales tax if we do not have a valid sales tax number from you on file. Colorado residents please e- mail or mail us a copy of your sales tax license prior to making your order.
We offer a volume discount rather than wholesale pricing. All orders $600 and up receive a 50% discount. Therefore, if you order $600 worth of product, your cost would be $300. This is a per order discount. Orders placed on the web will not reflect the 50% discount upon checkout but will be discounted when we actually process the order. The 50% discount is on pendant and bead pieces only. Please call for volume discounts on finished jewelry pieces.
We accept returned items in their original condition up to 15 days from the date your order is received. Please package merchandise, with a copy of your invoice, securely in boxes only. Please do use envelopes of any kind. Credit will be returned in the same way the method of payment was received.
